Olivier Roubeau
I am a CSIC tenured researcher (Científico Titular) at the Aragón Institute of Nanoscience and Materials (INMA) in Zaragoza. My research activities mainly deal with magnetic molecular-based coordination compounds and their surface structuration. I also collaborate to a research line focused on magnetic nanoparticles for magnetic hyperthermia.
I graduated from UVSQ and Paris 6 universities (1997), with a final undergraduate work under Prof. G. Férey on vanadium framework materials, and obtained my Ph.D. from Leiden University (2002) with Prof. J. Reedijk, working on Fe(II) triazole-based materials. I was then assistant (2002-2004) and associate (2004-2008) professor in Physical Chemistry at University of Bordeaux and CNRS-CRPP, working on molecular magnetic materials and covalent functionalization of carbon nanotubes.
